Diet Atkins - Apakah ??
Dalam bulan Ramadhan lepas, aku start Atkins Diet. Starting 17 June - 16 July I've lost 4 kg. I've gained weight 2 kg in a mth after Ramadhan. So,am starting clean starting tomorrow In Sha Allah. Will try to update the menus. Wish me luck.
