DA Day 1

My menu for today:

1. Breakfast : 2 egss of Ommelette + Ayaq Kosong.
2. Ikan Keli Pedas + Acar Jelatah + Ayaq Kosong

Diet Atkins - Apakah ??

Dalam bulan Ramadhan lepas, aku start Atkins Diet. Starting 17 June - 16 July I've lost 4 kg. I've gained weight 2 kg in a mth after Ramadhan. So,am starting clean starting tomorrow In Sha Allah. Will try to update the menus. Wish me luck.

After a year..baru nak update the blog. Time constraint. Alasan..hehehe pdhal malas nk update.

So, this year Along will be taking his PT3 exam and Achik will be taking his UPKK exam. I've transferred Angah back to SMKA Putrajaya from Al-Kausar. Hope he will be able to catch up. Auni is 10 and Aimi is 8 this year. How time flies...pejam celik anak2 dh membesar.

As for me, I've undergone a right shoulder surgery last Nov 2014. It started as a frozen shoulder simptom which ended up in a minor surgery. I still feel the pain when I raised my right hand high above the shoulder or reaching my back. Now, am on am MC due to a fracture on my left fifth metasarsal. That's what the Doc says..hehehe. Hantam saja lah. Dah try traditional ways while waiting for the surgery. We'll see how it goes..

Dah tatau nk citer apa..not into writing actually. So..stop dulu di sini. Kalau rain update lagi..Kali x see next year..hahaha

Bersawang sudah...

Lama betul x update blog ni...dh bersawang pun. Gamaknya every 2 years aku akan update...hehehe. Kena start all over again...tgk serajin mana nak update balik.

Cuti sekolah pertengahan tahun dh seminggu. But, x sempat lagi nak bawak anak2 berjalan2. So, tadi i've decided to booked hotel at Grand Lexis. Travelling date is on the 6th this coming Friday yaa..The hotel is fully booked starting 6 - 8 June..ayoooo. Mokcik sudah frust...but thanks to Agoda, I've managed to booked a room on the 6th of June. Since it is last minutes booking, of coz le the rege is like so expensive la. Mokcik pejam mata aja..skali skala untuk anak2. Dh le Angah masuk asrama nak jumpa pun jarang kan..kira ok le ada family vacay gini. Am really looking fwd for the hols in Grand Lexis.

Rainy Monday...

Hujan di pagi Isnon...sejuk ..liat je nak ke ofis...tapi memandangkan aku ada banyak keje nak kena settle, digagahkan juga...Today, will be a hectic day again..I've 3 working papers to be ready by today for tommorrows meeting..plus my routine jobs..ermm...Ok..need to go coz it'll definetely be a bz Monday...


Btw, aku dah start guna Tabita Skin Care product semalam...So far, so good..Insya-Allah biar kali ini menjadi la hendaknya..pening le asyik cari produk yang sesuai..
